What if there were a machine that you plug in and for a few cents of electricity and a few hours of time, your illness(es) would be cured? What if that machine only cost as much as your computer and was completely safe to use? Wouldn't you buy one?
But what if you bought the machine and it really didn't do anything, so you wasted your money on it. What if the machine itself gave you skin cancer or other diseases? What if you used it until it was "too late", instead of pursuing some other therapy that could have helped you?
